This helped me track the itenerary and plan the rest of the day after drop-off. - Asked for our feedback on the optional activity and lunch plans so he can accommodate everyone's needs in the group. - Mentioned historical facts of buildings and locations where applicable as he drove by and pointed out restaurants and streets that he thought we might find interesting during our stay in Cape Town. - Managed the time well l.e. To save time, he offerred to pay for all with the company card (for unincluded activity costs only) and charge us separately later after the activity. - Offered to drop us off at the town center after the tour if needed, to which I gladly accepted as I had already created a plan earlier due to his detailed communication.”
