“We were left with a very bitter final impression of this agency due to the conduct of its owner, Hatim. At the end of our trip, he claimed that 200 DNR was supposedly missing from the payment we had already made through the guide. We were certain the amount was correct, having counted it carefully multiple times, and after we firmly challenged this discrepancy, he eventually went silent on the matter. That experience raised serious concerns for us, especially given how strongly he had insisted on cash payment rather than bank transfer. It is disappointing because throughout the trip, our driver and guide, Abdel, was excellent — professional, reliable, helpful, and a genuine pleasure to travel with. He represented the best side of Tunisian hospitality. Unfortunately, the owner’s handling of the payment issue and overall unprofessionalism overshadowed what was otherwise a wonderful experience, leaving us with a bittersweet feeling at the end. We are grateful to Abdel, but our experience with the agency’s management means we would hesitate to book through them again.”
