I didn't book a tour with ATI Holidays for myself, but I happened to meet their employee Richard ('Rich') several times during my tour through Namibia. And believe it or not, 'Rich' came to my aid twice – seemingly out of the blue – when I had two times a flat tire in different locations and on different days. The selfless and natural way 'Rich' offered his help really impressed me. If he's going to such lengths for me, a complete stranger, then his clients can be sure they've booked the best guide for their tour. Many, many thanks again!

We had a few face time calls with Monica @ ATI who then compiled a wonderful itinerary. Her attention to detail was superb and the few questions we had were answered, so all we had to do was turn up and follow the instructions we were given. The accommodation she selected for us was perfect for this type of journey - in 10 days having started at Windhoek, onto Hoodia Desert Lodge in Sossusvlei, the food here was as good as a top London restaurant. Then onto Swakopmund - The Delight Gondwana Collection - a quirky hotel, lovely helpful staff. Next stop Camp Kipwe - just a shame we only stayed one night ( do stay for 2 ) then a short hop to Wilderness Rhino Lodge - beautiful, only 6 'tents" - great rangers and staff here, again excellent food. Lastly Hohenstein Lodge - I'd recommend 2 nights here its a stunning setting. In total we drove around 2000kms and enjoyed seeing the varying landscapes. Lastly back to ATI - they use the TravelKey app - which along with the professionalism of ATI and their planning just makes for simple travelling.
