He assisted us every step of the way, including help planning what would work best from us, helping us pick activities and the wonderful property we stayed at. From the time we arrived at the airport he personally made sure we were well sorted and safely to and from every activity, all the way to dropping us off at the airport on our way out of town. We were in Livingstone for 5 days and we felt like we became good friends with him along the way. He was very fun to be with and enlightened us with local knowledge.
