The trip was very well organised, we have managed to see really a lot of attractions of south of Tunesie in a very short time. Thanks to Salah's expertise and connections, there was a chance to visit less touristic places and discover a real ambience of the country: visiting the local families, discovering the local flavoures in small restaurants and at the market. Salah has broadened knowledge about the region. There was not a question Salah couldn't respond to, starting from the present economic situation, through the history of Berberians, to the details about the dromaders:-) We spent with him a really nice time, like with an old good friend.
