“I consider myself to be quite particular when it comes to arranging a trip, I’m sure Jibraan and the Bon Voyage team would agree. Given the COVID-19 restrictions, I lost count how many times my travel plans had to be adjusted but Bon voyage were very quick to adapt and advise. The trip became more complicated when friends decided to join us, but Bon Voyage were very quick and efficient, they organised every aspect our trip. They planned our Mount Kilimanjaro climb, via the 7 day Machame route with a highly experienced and very capable team supporting us all the way. He purposefully set us up with our guide Philbert. Additionally, BV tailored our safari from to Ngorongoro and Serengeti. I found certain properties we wanted to stay with, and they completed the booking including flights. We had a very knowledgeable guide, Vincent who helped us find many animals, and within the first few hours we managed to see the big 5. By the end of the trip we experienced some incredible sights including the great migration and a few chases. From start to finish Jibraan regularly contacted us with recommendations and asked if we had specific requirements such as game walks or community visits. While there were a few difficulties due to COVID-19 PCR tests and last minute flight cancellation, Jibraan did not disappoint, ensuring we got the most from our trip.
