Unfortunately, the game drive we booked turned out to be quite disappointing, an uncomfortable and underwhelming day, despite the high cost. When we returned to the office in Maun, the initial response from the staff member who had organized the trip was dismissive, which added to our frustration. However, once our concerns reached management, Brent and Neo responded immediately and professionally. They took our complaint seriously and offered a “full refund”, something we truly didn’t expect.
