Perhaps the inspiration for choosing this in particular, it was given by the fact that,our contact person at this agency had the same name as my daughter, to whom I promised to give her an unforgettable holiday. It was the wisest choice I could have ever made, because Miss YASMINE does an exemplary job, giving me and my family a memorable holiday. with her kindness she even went far beyond our expectations giving us extra tours that weren't even included in the holiday package From the moment we landed in Cairo, to the moment we had to return to the airport for leaving, we never felt alone, but surrounded by highly professional people who assisted us in every single moment. Miss YASMINE never slept, always online communicating with me or with the local contacts to make sure we were okay even during our night time flight transfers (3am), she was always there on the front line making sure everything was going smoothly. All our Drivers ,local tour guide assistance engage by the company were very much kind with us with a very high level of professionalism But a Special attention to Mr. Mohamed who was close to us during the Cairo stay A very gentle, kind and warm person expecially with my daughter wich she still remember him after back home As I said this holiday can't be forgotten and we will carry it in our hearts forever Thank you so much miss YASMINE”
