The Staff here is exceptional and super friendly. I can't remember their names but they were really kind and amazing. The bus is a good way to learn about Cape Town's heritage. I would recommend city sightseeing worldwide. They have a great reputation for their safety, cleanliness and incredible voice over while touring the city. They even provide earphones. You can track the busses online as they rotate every 20 minutes in case you need to catch one.

Our experience with the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour in Cape Town was fantastic. We chose the Blue Line route, and it was a perfect way to explore the city at a relaxed pace. We sat on the top deck of the double-decker bus, which I highly recommend. The coastal views were breathtaking — beautiful ocean stretches, dramatic cliffs, and stunning mountains made every moment picture-perfect. We got off for the zip line activity. It was a bit challenging. You need to continuously hold onto the overhead cable mechanism while moving, which requires considerable upper body strength. It felt physically demanding compared to other zip lines I’ve tried, such as in Puerto Rico, where the ride was smoother and much less tiring. The flexibility to hop off and explore at our own pace made the tour even better. It’s also very cost-effective and saves the trouble of arranging separate transportation. Overall, the Blue Line hop-on hop-off bus tour is a must-do in Cape Town — especially from the top deck. Scenic, convenient, and great value for money!
