“Imagine being in a country you’ve never visited and once you arrive you find out you’ve been booked into the wrong hotel! Although we paid months in advance, we later learned that this company did not attempt to submit our payment until one month prior! And it was New Year’s Eve!!!!!!! We were forced to stay in a subpar hotel and have not been offered one red cent! Days later we were placed in a different hotel and I personally had to battle with this hotel, because they had no record of me. The owner of Continental Tours stopped answering, stopped responding and we were made to fend for ourselves. Each hotel that we stayed in was subpar except for the one we were eventually transferred to, however we only got to stay there overnight. We were in Africa for 14 days, and stayed in 4 hotels. 3 out of 4 were deplorable. I’ve never had such bad service and I would only refer this company to my worst enemy!”

They took very good care of us from the time we were picked up from the airport until we were dropped off for departure. Emmanuel's knowledge of Ghana and the different regions was exceptional. He made sure we received the whole experience from the food to the culture and beyond. We felt very safe with him. He was by our side at every activity. He also served as the unofficial photographer. What an amazing experience!”
