“It was simply amazing — the whole trip and the staff! From the organization to the excursions, everything was perfect, and even when we encountered a small issue, it was solved professionally in just a few minutes exactly as we had hoped. We had asked for several quotes, both from Italy and local operators, and although the itineraries seemed similar and prices were comparable, DK Tours and Safaris clearly stood out. Their excursions were of a higher level — for example, we had private tours and even two helicopter rides included, which no other agency offered at the same price point. Most of the other operators proposed tented accommodations, while DK always provided charming 3- to 4-star lodges. The only constructive comment I would like to give: it would be great to have clearer information about the exact times of activities or transfers to better manage the day and avoid unnecessary downtime (for example, early departures with activities scheduled only in the late afternoon).
