“The actual experience was 5*. Our tour guide Lewis was great and informative and being amongst the animals and some of the big 5 was truly such a special time. However communication before the safari was not great. I had to chase for a lot of the information including receipt to confirm payment had gone through, meeting time and location and this was giving me anxiety. All information was finally given regarding pick up the night before the safari which isn’t good enough as it was different to what was stated on the website (not by much) but still, you want to know exactly what you’re doing way in advanced when you’re spending a lot of money. Like I said prior though, once we were on the safari I have no complaints it was amazing.”
