“We took a 5 days full itinerary around Cairo and Giza area. From start to finish it was a very organized and smooth process. Pick up from the airport strict to the hotel and then return trip. The itinerary was well planned out and hit all the right places. The places were so magical in their own right. The beauty and the historical stories behind them. One of the highlights was the Saqqara Pyramid area, it was much more relaxed and peaceful to the Giza Plateau area. Another was the Old Cairo Bazaar area. If you’ve already seen traditional custom belly dancers and traditional men’s costumes and dancing, then, I’d say skip the dinner cruise on the Nile and change your option. The food buffet variety, I will say was good. The restaurants within the itinerary were well coordinated and gave a great sample of the local cuisine. The hotel they selected was awesome, and the service was great. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable beds. The perk was we were able to get Pyramid view room. It definitely was spectacular to wake up to each morning. The guides were wonderful we especially recommend requesting Mohamed Abd El Tawab for your Giza and Cairo area. He was incredibly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and very personable, he definitely has joy for his work. He brought a lot of history and fun to the tour. He also knows really great food places. Another recommended tour guide to request is Ella for the Alexandria area. She was very accommodating and delightful, very much has a passion for her history. The drivers each day were very friendly, and very careful and considerate drivers. We felt very safe with them. We really appreciated Moad he was very attentive and accommodating. One suggestion, as sometimes you’ll have different tour guides and drivers each day. Is for the agency to inform the guests of which driver (by a photo of the car) or photo of the person and the car. Maybe have a contact profile that has the car in the picture with the driver, so all the information is together for clear reference. As at the hotels there are many tour groups that head out in the mornings, and it can be confusing as to whom to look for. This would save time for the drivers and for the guests ☺️. Otherwise most of the time if the tour guide was already with the driver at pick up they would come and find us at the hotel entrance. The tour operator Joe was very friendly and attentive and Mo was helpful. Everyone made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. We’d highly recommend this tour agency for all your specific needs while within Egypt, 🤩🥰. Additional: Have many small denominations of Egyptian £ notes for tips for EVERYTHING!”
