Pakuba lodge was very good choice of accommodation and the Safari experience was way beyond expectations. Godwin was a careful driver and a very professional guide - we saw the big 5 as well as countless other animals and birds. “We had the time of our lives with Insight Safari Holidays thanks to Callah and Ayub! From our initial inquiry, Callah helped us plan a bespoke trip to Uganda that included everything we wanted - from sunrise lion tracking in Queen Elizabeth National Park to trekking through the impenetrable Bwindi National Park to visit mountain gorillas. We selected the moderate accommodations and were blown away! Insight Safari went out of their way to find the best value here - the lodges were stunning, clean, and overflowing with breathtaking views. The food, too, was incredible. Local, fresh ingredients prepared deliciously. Callah was flexible, responsive, and helpful through the planning phase to the end of our trip - including our unfortunate late arrival due to a missed flight en route to Uganda. She managed to still fit our entire itinerary in, which we were very grateful for, otherwise we would have missed the chimpanzees. Once we finally got to Entebbe, our patient, caring, and heartwarming guide, Ayub, took the best care of us. He organized everything seamlessly and professionally. We loved our chats and moments with Ayub and I’ll never forget all the personal touches he made to make sure our trip was special (thanks for the jack fruit surprise again!)
