They gave us personal individualized attention from getting off the plane through getting our bags checked and to the security check for our return flight. Look at Egypt staff treated us as if we were family and made our trip truly luxurious, at a lower cost than our other (less attentive) international travel hosts. The Look at Egypt people were gracious throughout. Every step of the way we were personally escorted and helped by individuals who were kind, smart, informative and skillful. Youssef, Ayman and Muhamed guided us with warmth, deep knowledge and wittiness. Our most frequent driver Ibrahim was highly skillful, delightfully cheerful and clever. In addition, Sobhy was Very promptly accessible every step of the way via WhatsApp to answer our frequent questions and make timely modifications to the itinerary. The founder Ahmed even gave us his direct phone number to assure us that we would be well cared for. So we were able to get prompt assistance whenever we had a question and they even modified the itinerary “on the fly” when we found something new that we wanted to see, and when we needed to take a rest because we had overextended ourselves. We are telling our friends that visiting Egypt can be profoundly meaningful, safe and affordable if they choose Look At Egypt tours.”

“Lots of fake reviews. We had a terrible time. Corners were cut consistently throughout. Did not get the itinerary we paid for, guide for Nile cruise did not know english, did not know about the places and was missing teeth - vans also consistently did not have enough seats for the number of people on our tour, leading to wasting time waiting for additional transport to come. Took 3 HOURS to get from the airport to our hotel because they added another group’s hotel drop off, but then started driving the wrong way to drop them off. Mostly everything was below standards, however the guides in Cairo were fine. Consistent lies, including: - We did not actually get the trip we paid for bc they moved our itinerary around to join another groups, which led to multiple half days (aka wasted time) and that group was lied to with us joining bc they booked a private tour. We were going to miss doing things we originally booked until we demanded to see them on the day we flew out. - They lied to us and contracted out our Nile cruise portion to a different company, which led to multiple times not having enough seats on the vans, waiting for passengers on a DIFFERENT cruise to get there (leading to SO MUCH wasted time) and the "egyptologist" we received did not know english, did not know how to read hieroglyphics, and was missing teeth. We learned nothing from him, had to rely on our phones for knowledge. What a waste of money. - Complimentary camel ride (never received) - Complimentary daily water (only received a couple days after we made a scene to get it) - Seamless transport - over 3 HOURS from airport to our hotel because they were incompetent - Egyptologist - 4 days on Nile Cruise we did not have one”
