“We used Magic Carpet for our 8-day itinerary in Egypt, travelling from Luxor to Cairo to Alexandria, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. They are a truly wonderful group of people and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after the entire way. The pick-ups were seamless, drop-offs were easy, and everything was handled for us. It’s such a hassle-free way to see Egypt. You don’t have to navigate logistics, transport, or local chaos yourself, which makes a huge difference. The highlight of our trip was our Cairo guide, Sahar. She is incredibly well-spoken, intelligent, and deeply knowledgeable about both ancient and modern Egyptian history. Experiencing the sights through her words and perspective was a real joy. Her instincts to tailor the tour based on what our mood was for the day was spot on. On top of that, she has a great eye for photography and took some genuinely beautiful photos of us at the various sites. Overall: 10/10. Safe, comfortable, convenient, and affordable. We were two women travelling together in our 30s and felt very well taken care of by the entire Magic Carpet team from start to finish.”
