What people are saying
“We had fantastic 25 days Uganda Safari Tour & Holiday together with a group of 4 family members in uganda. We had a very friendly tour guide Mussa . This company will give you good attention from the first day you contact them to the end of your trip. They had good customer care and definitely the best in satisfaction! Everything was just perfect. We were treated as if we were real friends. Thanks to Mussa for the treat. We really had a wonderful trip. They also have 100% free cancellation policy upto two weeks before start date . I highly recommend this tour operator to anyone out there who wish to get such experience!!”
“WARNING: This is a long review, but if you’re on the fence about PAV like I once was, I hope it helps you decide. I received absolutely zero money, discounts, or incentives to write this. Everything below comes from my own experience. I was initially very hesitant about booking my trip with PAV. Some of the reviews I’d read online, yes, even on this very platform, left me with doubts. I wasn’t sure if I was making the right decision. But now that I’ve completed the journey, I can say without hesitation: those reviews do not do this company justice. For some context: I first contacted PAV back in 2023 to plan a personalized family trip to Kenya and Uganda, which unfortunately didn’t come to fruition. This time, I ventured to Africa solo to do a shortened version of that same trip, and I’m so glad I gave them another chance. What really stood out to me was the fact that they remembered me and the trip we were planning. This gave me more confidence to venture forward with Paradise Adventure Vacations. From the moment I arrived in Entebbe, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Mussa (the owner) was in contact with me at all times, responding to my many questions with patience, clarity, and genuine concern. That level of communication is incredibly reassuring when you’re traveling far from home, especially alone. Allan and James, my driver-guides in Uganda and Kenya, were phenomenal. They were not only efficient and knowledgeable but also thoughtful, kind, and always looking out for my well-being. They made me feel not just like a client, but like a welcomed guest. What stood out the most, however, was PAV’s ability to truly personalize the experience. I had requested a specific overland transfer between Kenya and Uganda, something that wasn’t the most logistically convenient. Most companies would have either declined or pushed back. But Mussa found a way to make it work, simply because he understood that this was important to me. In Nairobi, we even took a last-second detour to downtown because I had a personal necessity. Both Mussa and James agreed to do it and even provided help along the way. This is where PAV really shines: delivering the experience you’re looking for, not just a copy-paste itinerary. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions, even making last-minute changes outside of the original plan just to make sure I was having the best time possible. That kind of flexibility and dedication is rare and invaluable. PAV has now become my go-to company for travel in Africa, and I can confidently say that when I return, I’ll be booking with them again...no questions asked! If you’re considering traveling with PAV, do it. You’ll be in excellent hands, guided by people who not only know what they’re doing but who care deeply about making your trip unforgettable.”
