“Ahmed was an excellent guide and truly made our experience in Algeria unforgettable. On our day exploring the city & Casbah, Ahmed met us outside our hotel and we immediately knew we were in great hands. Ahmed was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city, casbah and the country in general - he made sure we were comfortable asking any questions! Ahmed is clearly loved by many around the city, and introduced us to a number of his friends, which was a great experience. He handled my brother’s gluten allergy exceptionally well, making sure to explain the consequences to the staff of the restaurants we ate in. We enjoyed our time with Ahmed so much that we decided to go with him to Tipaza the following day. Again, Ahmed promptly arrived at our hotel and drove us 1hour to Tipaza. He took us out on his paddle boards into the ocean, which was the highlight of our trip. His ability to explain the history of the Tipaza ruins was impressive. Importantly, Ahmed always asked us what it was we wanted to know and to see, and he built the guided tours around our preferences. I even left my wallet in his car and he returned it super quickly! I cannot reccomend Ahmed enough - he is a truly amazing guide and human being.”
