“I had a very disappointing experience with Satguru Holidays Pvt Ltd. Last month, I sent $1000 USD as a security deposit through my bank account. When I returned, instead of simply refunding the money the same way I sent it, they made it a big deal and caused unnecessary stress. In the end, they gave me the refund in cash, not the full amount, and the bills were dirty and in bad condition. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
