What people are saying
“I had an absolutely amazing experience exploring Serengeti National Park with Tanzania Safari Source Tours company, We saw the endless herds of wildebeest, zebras, and even a thrilling lion hunt and every game drive felt like a new adventure. It was only a three-day trip, we are very happy. I recommend this company. It is very good for trips to visit wild animals”
“My partner and I booked a safari tour through this company, planning our trip months in advance. We found the agency online and chose it based on the mostly positive reviews. Since we wanted to combine Tanzania and Zanzibar within a limited timeframe, I shared our travel plan with the team, which they approved. We arranged early on to fly directly to the Serengeti to save time and effort, and this was confirmed by the staff. Everything seemed well organized: we paid the deposit and waited for the tour to begin. However, upon arriving in Dar es Salaam, I had to reach out myself because we had not received any further communication. The night before departure, we were informed that pickup in the Serengeti would no longer be possible, despite this being agreed upon and our flights already booked. After hours of discussion, we proceeded with the flights, but once we landed we had to wait at least 2–3 hours for our guide, who had only been notified late the night before. Despite these issues, we ultimately had a wonderful experience thanks to the freelancer guide and the cook. Without their efforts, our rating would be one out of five. Additionally, the tents provided did not match the photos shown to us beforehand. While the campsite itself may not be operated by your company, it is advertised as part of the tour. The campsite had shared bathrooms with partly non-functional toilets, poor cleanliness, very limited electricity, and no fencing—resulting in hyenas entering the bathroom area at night.”
