Willy (Mwangi) & Patrick (Chalo) – More Than Drivers, They Became Family Our recent journey through Kenya was an unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our two incredible drivers and guides – Willy (Mwangi) and Patrick (Chalo). From the moment they picked us up from the Mövenpick Hotel in Nairobi, we knew we were in the best hands. We were a large group of 12 people, traveling in two comfortable safari Jeeps. Willy and Patrick handled everything with such professionalism and care – from coordinating luggage and helping with meals, to constantly ensuring our safety and comfort on the road and during game drives. Right after our pickup, they took us straight into Nairobi National Park for a fantastic game drive, setting the tone for what became an action-packed and deeply meaningful adventure. From there, we headed to Maisha Sweetwaters Camp, where they continued to plan and guide multiple game drives, including special visits to see the last two remaining northern white rhinos, as well as the chimpanzee sanctuary, giraffe sanctuary, and elephant orphanage. Their attention to detail and flexibility made everything possible. They always provided cold bottled water, helped us adjust our plans and timings, and even suggested new experiences to make the most of our time. Nothing ever felt rushed – just well thought-out, smooth, and enjoyable. What truly stood out was how Willy and Patrick became part of our family. Their warm, friendly personalities shone through, especially in the way they engaged with the children in our group. They explained the Great Migration, wildlife behavior, and conservation in a way that was not only informative but completely captivating – the kids (and adults!) learned so much, and it made the entire journey more meaningful. After Maisha Sweetwaters, they continued to guide us through Lake Nakuru and then to the iconic Masai Mara, delivering incredible game drives and storytelling throughout. They were always patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about wildlife and sharing their beautiful country with us. We cannot thank Willy and Patrick enough for everything they did. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism went above and beyond. By the end of the trip, they weren’t just drivers or guides – they were family. If you’re planning a safari in Kenya, you would be truly lucky to travel with them.

A big thankyou to Keyurbhai and James for planning such an incredible trip to Kenya and Tanzania for us. We had an amazing time exploring Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Amboseli and finishing off with Nairobi National Park. Seeing all the wild life up close was truly unforgettable. Each hotel we stayed at had its own unique charm and gave us a different experience. We could get Jain food on all places. We enjoyed every moment and felt so well taken care off. It was seamless planning to the thoughtful arrangements. Each detail was handled with professionalism and care. Special thanks to Keyurbhai who helped us in our difficult situation. The drivers Willy and Patrick were amazing. Would definitely recommend Travel in Style to tour Africa.
