“I went on a 14-day safari in Uganda with Trek Rwenzori and overall it was a very good experience. The 14 day itinerary covered a wide range of activities and the pacing felt comfortable for a two-week trip as there was a mixture of busy days and slower days. Lots of time on the road, but it’s to be expected given the wide scope of the tour. Emma and Ken were incredible guides for the trip. They were highly knowledgeable and always had an answer to my many questions I threw at them. Being a solo female, I felt safe and comfortable the entire trip with them. By the end, I got to know them so well and it was tough seeing them go. The accommodations and transport were comfortable, with only a few minor hiccups that are pretty normal on a long safari. The treks were all incredible and Uganda is truly a magical place. Overall, this trip was a solid and enjoyable safari experience.
